Unable to Unlock

Have tried using the online unlocking form, but i got a response that the device cannot be unlocked.

I had bought it 2nd hand. Please advise.

Hi JP49, unfortunately the online unlocking form doesn't work for s/h devices, you need to phone customer services to do this.  I believe it is £8.99.

Welcome to the community. 

 

@wardi is correct, it will cost £8.99 to unlock the device and you’ll need to call us on 0800 956 6000 to request this.

 

Requests for unlocking second hand devices cannot be made via the online form.
