Fibre regrade

I've upgraded to fttp fibre max 900, the engineer came yesterday and Installed it all. My order still says provisioning in progress. I've completed a speed test and I'm not getting 900mbs more like between 400 and 560 and upload is 50. Can anyone from ee help?
