Hi all.
My order was meant to be delivered last monday but I rescheduled it for Friday because I knew I would be in all day. However, DPD never knocked/called/texted/emailed or anything because I was sat in my front room working and watching the front door and a few hours after my time slot I checked to see that it has been refused but is now on its way back to EE. I have tried contacting DPD on Friday but to no avail, they kept saying it was an EE issue (even though it was DPD that fulfilled the delivery).
Does anyone know what to do? I can't re-schedule the order or anything and even if I did who's to say DPD would just refuse it anyway?

@davidstopford You’ll need to call
EE customer services about this. You’ll probably find the device will now go back in stock for the next person to receive.
Double check that the delivery address is correct.
