Order not recognised?

I tried upgrading online yesterday and got an email confirmation. However when I tried tracking my order, it seems the order number wasn't recognised. It says on the website that it will be dispatched in 24 hours hence the upgrade but no other email was sent to me apart from the "We've got your order" email.

Dont hold your breath. You will get no help from EE regarding this issue. Ive been having this issue since 9th Nov and still not resolved. Cant track order on EE Order Status page and they refuse to accept they got issues with their systems.
Ring 150 and speak to CS you might get lucky.
Lets blame Apple or chip shortage that EE systems are not working.
