I ordered a sim card more than a week ago and they said it's been delivered but it hasn't actually been delivered can't get in touch with EE either.

@Hafii   Sim cards are sent out via Royal mail second-class, so who did you ask to find out if it’s been delivered or not as you say you can not get in touch with EE ?
