Placed an order for an upgrade last week

Placed my order last week and was told phone will be with me today. I haven’t received anything with an order number on to track my delivery?

@Oooocaloooo  Once a device can be allocated to you you will receive a tracking number.  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
