Late payment

A payment for my trade in phone has not been paid, been on hold so many times with call centre, what is the best way to contact  them

@Dee60   When did you send this in ?  Has Brightstar received the device yet ? 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
Yes, they have received the phone on 24th of Dec, sent an email saying the funds will be paid into my account by the 29/12/20. As it’s a late
Payment I’m worried that they may have paid it into someone else’s account and will them make the transaction as satisfied. I have emailed and messaged and I’ve been on hold for 2 hours on the call line

Following on from the other day about my late phone trade in money, . My iPhone was received by the company and valued on 24/12, said money would be in my account on 29/12/20. I have now  been told that it takes 4 clear working days for money to hit my account. So I’ve got my fingers crossed that the payment will be in my account on the 4-5th of jan.

Re my post about none payment of my iPhone trade in. After several calls and emails, They have just paid the money into my account. 7 days late but at least paid now. Big sigh of relief.Thank you for the help given.x
