Replacement SIM

Hi. I set up a 4GEE account for a friend in a care home (I hold power of attorney). I put the SIM in a mobile wifi device and this worked fine and a monthly DD paid for it. My friend felt that the wifi device wasn't working properly (although I think he was wrong). Anyway, I bought another. He posted the SIM from the old device to me but it seems to have gone astray in the post. If I order another from EE, can I register it on the existing EE account and so usage and payment can continue as before? With Covid restrictions, I have to do everything relotely as care home visits aren't possible at the moment.

@Litehiker  You’ll have to request for a replacement SIM card not a new SIM card.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
Thanks. Do you know how I request a replacement SIM? The EE website doesn’t seem to give me an option.

Hi @Litehiker

You can request a replacement SIM by logging in to My EE selecting Account Settings then scrolling down to Manage your SIM.

Alternatively, you can give us a call and a member of our customer care team can order a replacement.

Katie 🙂

Order a replacement SIM online at Order a replacement SIM for £1.50 or phone CS for one. It will come as a Combi-SIM with all 3 sizes as push-outs.

If you think I helped please feel free to hit the "Thumbs Up" button below.
