I have ordered and iphone 12. Its been 13 days and in the website it shows awaiting for confirmation. Its getting to late for me

@Ashfaq1  Have you called customer services about this ?  You really need too. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
