I renewed my broadband in March on contract and EE member in there shop stated it would stay the same price £28.56 as it had been for previous 18 months 6 months previous it was £26.56 £2 increase not big issue. I’ve noticed since March without my approval EE has been taking £38.86 from my bank account for broadband plus still taking £28.56 for broadband 2 payments a month for same thing!! I’ve contacted EE numerous times always told it’s there mistake I’ll be refunded my money £38.86 a month since March and carry on with my payments of £28.56 as it use to be today once again EE have attempted to take £38 from my account I give up trying to contact yous by phone as nothing is getting done or resolved ive put numerous complaints in about your company and I’m looking into making application to take yous to court for theft

Look in your online MyEE at Manage My EE BB. How many a/c's appear there, 1 or 2?

Hi @Dazandwaz ,

If there are incorrect and unauthorized charges taken by Direct Debit, there should usually be no need to take the issue to court as your bank should be able to rectify the situation.

After double checking that they are indeed incorrect and unauthorized, I recommend that you speak to your bank and ask them to contract the service provider directly to refund past unauthorized charges and to stop taking them. Good luck!
