Order is late with superfast

I paid to upgrade early and chose superfast delivery with a two hour time slot for the same day, once I completed the order I had a confirmation email but nothing since. It is a day late and I’ve had no updates on the order and tracking won’t work.

Sames happened to me, ordered Saturday and still no update on when it arrives.
