Phone works fine on WiFi but will not work without wifi on messages or certain apps?

@emmac1977 What apps are these ? If it’s Facebook or any app like this you’ll need to have content lock switched off. You can do this within your online EE account/my EE app. When you say messages do you mean iMessage ? or something else.
Do you have any data left to use ? Is cellular data enabled for these app ?

Instagram and snap chat data is there to use but won't flick to mobile data. Yeah I message won't come through.

Hi @emmax1977.
If you go to Settings, then Mobile Data, could you scroll down the list and make sure data is switched on for all apps?
Can you use data on a browser?
