tracking order for

I have applied for a contract with ee and got an email with a reference/order number and information saying ee will need t call me for more information.

 

a few days later i recieved a call from ee stating that the order has past credit checks but the card being used has been refused by my bak t set up direct debit so i proceeded t give bak details and everythig wet through.

 

this was last week and ive had no delivery or confirmation of delivery apart frm the phe call

it was a iPhone 12 Pro Max, I think it might just be the pro.

 

it was gold but at the checkout I’m sure I noticed it changed to graphite again not sure sorry.

 

and it was 256gb
