Order has disappeared from my account

I upgraded on 1 Sept 2021, but the phone wasn't in stock. I've been checking my account every day for an update. This morning it still said awaiting stock. Suddenly this afternoon the layout of the app changed and the order completely disappeared. I got a text saying my new plan has started, but nothing about the new phone! I can't track my order because the order number is nowhere to be found! I don't have a confirmation email either.

Welcome to the community.

 

I'd recommend getting in touch with our Customer Care team about this as soon as possible.

 

They will be able to access your account and see what is happening.
