I upgraded my phone online at the weekend.
I've had no copy of the order details or a receipt, nor have I received details of how to access the free gift (Britbox in my case)
How do I get this?

Well, my new phone is there, but it doesn't show any details about when I changed or anything; in fact, it says I can upgrade again in 12 days!
And, for you information, I have and am using the phone.

I can confirm that, yes, I have the phone and yes, I selected BritBox as my benefit.
I need details of how to access my benefit.
I also need the order number and receipt to claim my Google Play voucher.

If you text PICK to 150, you should get the option to select BritBox and get a message from us to help you get set up.
