I purchased a ee sim online and provided the Pac number on the online order form. I inserted the new ee sim on Friday, when will my number port over?

I'd recommend a quick read of this EE help article , under the heading "how long will it take to transfer my number".
As an informed guess, I would estimate the port to have been submitted on Friday and therefore complete during today.
