I have not received my order or any correspondence from EE. I am unable to track the order and cannot get through to them via phone.

150 is the correct number to call if you are an existing EE customer.

 

I just wanted to check there isn't a problem with your phone. Please can you make a test call to any number and let me know if it is successful?
