Order confirmed but no delivery date.

I placed an upgrade order on 25th August and have email confirming order. I chose super fast delivery when upgrading and it gave me a slot on 27th August but nothing has arrived and no text or communication from EE.

Yes it was showing in stock and let me choose a time and date delivery slot. The email says they’re getting it ready and will let me know when it’s sent out.
