Insurance broken phone

Hi to who ever can help,

my phone I’ve had for almost at year has started to glitch and not work properly I’m constantly having to restart it and it doesn’t really help much I have insurance on it that I pay how do I go about getting it fix by EE as I’m on contract with them ?

If it's a software issue it won't be covered. If it's a manufacturing issue it's one for your warranty. 

 

You haven't said what device you have but have you backed up and factory reset?

Sorry it’s an iPhone 6s Plus and I’m not sure what’s wrong with it apps won’t load properly when u click on them they just go off straight away and when I restart it there is white little squares going across the screen
