I’m new to EE ordered a phone last night, all confirmed then this morning I get an email saying I need to contact them for more info?! My order number doesn’t work and they’ve taken money out of my account. I’m trying to ring the number they’ve sent me but I’ve been on hold for 1hour 5mins already? Can’t get through and no live chat facility so what am I supposed to do?! Not a great start for a new customer and beginning to regret my decision already

I waited almost 2hours and gave up. I’ll just cancel and go with someone else, all a bit ridiculous for a new customer if you ask me

Just tried can’t get past the bit where it asks for your mobile number as it doesn’t recognise it. Can I request a call back or go into a shop to sort this out? I’m busy at work and don’t have time to sit around on hold all day for no one to answer. I didn’t realise this would be such a hassle especially as my order was confirmed. Thanks

@fizzlekicks I would suggest clicking on the account and billing options in the above link, then mobile phone, then start conversation as that will trigger a live chat conversation where other options might direct you places that wont help any like the order tracker etc...
