Hi, I had my upgrade placed earlier today and the money came out of my bank but I’ve not had a confirmation email?
just the word of the person who placed my order over the phone.
i had this happen a couple of days ago and my order had been cancelled for some reason so I’m wary of this happening again

Once your order has been processed you will receive an email from us with tracking details, and you will get a text from DPD the day before the phone is going to be delivered.
