I want to upgrade my phone but had fallen behind with some payments as i had a bad fall rock climbing which resulted in me having had a traumatic head injury. This hospitalised me for over a year. It would be really nice to talk to a human rather than doing this via text. I think i owe around £100.00 on this contract although i just pay £15.00 per month.

You can absolutely call EE C/S on 150 and speak to an agent about this.
Call wait times are longer at times because of the current situation, but C/S is absolutely open.
