My upgrade was supposed to arrive between 6pm - 8pm this evening. I even got a text to say a guy called Charles would be in contact shortly for contacless delivery and set up. I've tried calling customer services but no answer.
It was supposed to be delivered at the weekend but I had an email saying it couldn't be fulfilled.
What exactly am I supposed to do if I can't get hold of anyone and my phone hasn't arrived?!
