MyEE doesn't work for registering PAYG MBB devices. It stops at telling you to connect your device & login to it, but when you've done as instructed it doesn't have anywhere for you to say you've done it.

You may continue using your MBB but you just can't register it to MyEE.

Go to http://add-on.ee.co.uk/status from a device connected to the router will tell you your usage.

Go to http://add-on.ee.co.uk/purchase from a device connected to the router to buy add-ons.

@Jlb4592   It’ll need a new SIM card as I assuming you had this on PAYG as you’ll still be paying for it if it was on contract or you terminated that contract.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
Many thanks! Encouraging that it might work after that! Thanks for your
help!
