Hello I placed an order yesterday and revived an email saying “ your EE order was successful we’re are processing your order and we will let you know when your order has been dispatched but it’s has a xko number an I have read it need to be a xkn number or you haven’t been accepted am just wondering if I have or haven’t as I have had no other email after the one stated thanks in advance for any help

Does this maybe show under pending transactions?

 

I would recommend giving us a call if this does not show.

@Ryanjft96bell   It can be a XKN or a KXO number.   Your order has been accepted.  You’ll get more information when the device ships to you.  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Thanks very much for that info also I have just been on my online banking and the upfront payment doesn’t seem to have been take is there a reason for that or should I call them up ?
