Ordered a iPhone 11 Pro Max, I have the order confirmation, nothing has came through regarding delivery. I ordered this through online chat.

@DRE17_   when did you order this ? You need to allow time for the order to go through and a device has to be allocated to you before you’ll receive tracking information.
