Order confirmation, no payment taken, need new sim.

I Have ordered new a new sim, have a conformation e-mail, but no payment taken or an order number.  What is going to happen, Please.

Did you order a replacement SIM card or a new one? If it was a new one, then it will come with a different number, but if you just needed to replace your SIM card and keep the same number, then you should have ordered a replacement SIM card.

 

You may need to ring EE to see if the order has gone through, as it is the weekend if it was today, so may not show up yet, and may have to wait until Monday to make sure it has gone through.
