Good Morning,
I ordered an Apple iPad Pro 12.9 online through MY EE app. I had a call after as I have 2 accounts one is for my friend and I have the other. She is having the iPad so I requested it be sent to her address. Anyways After the order the fraud team called me just to check I knew about it and its being sent to another address. This was last Thursday. I received the xko********** number however every time I look on the order tracker it just says Order awaiting confirmation. Please let me know thanks

@Chloebo26 If this is for the 2021 iPad Pro It’s not released until may 21. You have an order number so if you want to check anything just call customer service and give the XKO number.
