Could you give us some more information, please, as not sure what your problem is?

 

Have you received an email with your order number and when did you place it?

 

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using Skype or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.

I ordered a TV a Samsung phone and sim card. got an E mail making my order up but had to phone 0800 number. couldn't get through now I can't track my order by any means

I apologise yes got tracking number and an E mail saying E E advisor will call me tomorrow

@sharky2 , have you tried ringing customer service to find out what is going on? They should be able to let you know. Do you not have the email with your order number? If you are already an EE customer, you can ring them on 150, otherwise there is an 0800 number to ring them on, which you can find in the contact us. 

 

Thank you for the update, hopefully they will ring you, otherwise you can do this yourself as per above.

yes I have the E mail and tracking number thank you  I was just told to phone the 0800 number to get things started. I can't get through to the 0800 number. 

@sharky2 , you will just have to be patient, as customer service may be busy, I got through to them Saturday and  yesterday with using 150, it may be easier to get through to them tomorrow, good luck.
