Morning , I ordered an upgrade online on Friday , I have an order number but no tracking number. I’ve received no other email or text about delivery and cannot track my order.
Has my upgrade been processed and is it on the way?

Welcome to the community 🙂
Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email confirming this and a tracking number so you can track your order online.
Once your device is with DPD, they will send a text the day before the delivery with the details.
With you putting through your order on bank holiday Friday, I would recommend waiting until after the weekend for our team to pick up your request and manually process it on Monday.
