I placed an order for my phone on Chat Yesterday, I've received an Order confirmation but there is no order number.
I was advised it would be out for delivery today but I cant track it without a number. I haven't received anything from DPD - how can I get my order number to track myself?

Welcome to the community.
The order number should be in the confirmation email.
If it's not there, our live chat team will be able to access your account and give you this.
DPD will text you when your order is ready to be delivered.
