Hi I order my phone upgrade on Thursday the 26th of March and have received no tracking details or confirmation that the courier has received my new phone, I understand with COVID-19 that delivery’s will be delayed but would like some update on my phone. i can confirm that I have the confirmation email for the purchase/phone upgrade and have also had the money taken from my account for the upfront cost of the phone.
