Oppo vooc charging plug fault

Does the charging plug for oppo find X2 pro have a warranty? Tried everything to get it to work,cable works in other plugs.its less than a year old thanks

I've checked the Oppo website and the charger is covered by a 24 month warranty both when purchased with a phone and separately.

Have a chat with our tech gurus who can give you some advice on how to get a repair/replacement.
