Hi, I just bought an apple watch at EE with unlimited plan but never received my esim QR CODE. Is there any chance to create in the EE app or get one in email?

Sorry to hear your SIM QR code was missing. I'd recommend speaking to our Mobile Care team so they can send you a replacement.
