Hi
Like other people on here, I bought the Samsung watch and plan without realising it wasn't fully compatible with non Samsung phones. I've now got a A3 (2017) phone and have set it up mostly but now get a message saying "we just need to set up the eSim on your watch. Please call us on 150 with code 219" I have tried to call a few times but the wait times are in excess of 40 minutes and I don't have the time to stay on the phone for that long. Would anyone please be able to advise on this?

@Athenajm You have to call as you have a code no one here can help with this.
