Hi,
I have bought a £15 pay and go sim card. The offer had 30gb of data, but my account only shows 8gb. Why is this?

@mikeliuk Providing all T&Cs are shown then unfortunately nothing has to be changed. It’s down to the purchaser to read all relevant information and not to assume what they first see without reading the information. All networks advertise in such a way and it’s only when you read the small print you realise the deals might not be as good as what you thought they would be.
It’s clever advertising.

That's why it's vernacularly called "small print" 😉 .

My feeling is that it leaves a bad taste in the mouth to feel that one has been tricked, mislead, or duped.
Many people would be happy to agree to the terms as written and the service provider which shall not be named need only make sure the headline items are an accurate representation of the terms.
For example: 30 GB (max. 3 mths) and Data roll-over (max. 8 GB). 🤓
