ORDER HAS BEEN WITH DPD SINCE 19/09/2020

Good afternoon, I ordered an accessory on Friday which was despatched same day. DPD have my parcel but everyday it says its being delivered the next. I spoke to DPD on live chat Tuesday and was assured it would be delivered Wednesday - I checked tracking and it was still sat in the depot. Phone EE yesterday who spoke to DPD and was told it would defiantly be out for delivery today. Low and behold I have checked this morning and its saying its been delayed and is still in the depot!

 

getting really frustrated now and as I'm at work cannot sit on the phone trying to get this sorted.

 

Please help.

@MELLISSASTN  Unfortunately you’ll have to call EE customer services about this.   How an item is delivered to you has nothing to do with you as you didn’t arrange the delivery.     If you want to call DPD that’s totally up to you.
