Number hasn’t switched over from o2

Hello 

I’ve recently switched over from o2 to EE 

but my old number hasn’t switched over so I’m missing calls/ voicemails  and messages.

 

Im currently where there is little signal so can’t call EE customer services 


Can anyone advise please ?

@Angellee   When did you give EE your PAC code ?  If this was Friday your number will not migrate over the weekend and the request to O2 to move your number to EE will

not be made till Monday and then it will take up to 24 hours to migrate across.  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
