Hi new to the site, so sorry if I come across as an idiot. I have a BT Broadband issue which has required me to purchase a temporary solution until it is fixed, and so I have gone for a 4GEE Router 2 with a 200GB sim.
I couldn't get the sim card to work last night and went to an EE shop today where they installed it and got it working (and I connected to it) but I am home, turned it on and the red sim card provision light is on again and nothing.
I can connect to it, but only to the router address, re-sets and then same thing.
any ideas please?

Hi @currenc
Thanks for coming to the community.
Do we have any signal issues showing on the Network Status Checker for your area?
Was the SIM card in the router when you went into the EE Shop?
Thanks 🙂
Leanne.

I’ve now stuck the sim into a TP router and suspect it is the router itself because the card works fine in the new router.
Most strange,
Paul

Yes, indeed I did. Online and it was delivered Friday but I shall investigate how i send it back for a replacement I think.
Kind regards

Hi @currenc
Thanks for the quick reply.
Please give us a call on either 150 from an EE phone or 0800 079 8586, from any other phone and the team will help you with the router 🙂
Leanne.
