Yesterday my Samsung Galaxy watch 2 was spazzing all day and , can use touchscreen, today wake up same issue around 17:00 is stop and call EE customer service told me they have problems with all smart watch, but Ee they should take responsibility to take or email all customer for issue, thanks

Then Ee customer service on when I called she told me have to wait till 13 August 2020 they will sort out the problem

But Samsung Galaxy watch 2 is waterproof, was suppressed me why EE customer service ask me if any water damage that watch how can be damaged and waterproof?

But my question You didn't answer if Samsung Galaxy watch 2 is waterproof how can stop work if example shower or swimming with on it ?

I'd recommend having a read of Samsung's Support Page about this, where the watch is described as water resistant.

Hi , the watch been send to fix department, and they email me the watch can't be fix because its power button fault and liquid, it's not under manufacturer warranty ,but the watch is waterproof, and watch been off its self when I charged was show the percentage charge but it's no switch on this will be on case some where, I can't keep pay monthly with this ,and they wrote the will call me for another option, don't know what options
