Thank you for all your help. I went into my local EE shop and they confirmed what you said. However, I had great luck as they got the old phone working and I could get the contact list and folders so can get to the information I wanted on it without it having to be used as a phone and paying for it

However, they did sell me a new BT package and a new mobile phone!! LOL so it was win win all round

@soobeedoo2   Does the other device have a SIM card in it ? If so is that SIM card registered to your account?

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
Hi and thanks for helping. It has an Old Orange Sim card in it that I last used in 2011. The message on the front screen reads "Emergency calls only" I contacted EE who have said the number is no longer in use and advised me to go to an EE shop to sort it out. Hopefully they can do this for me. However, it still doesnt help me registering it on the EE website. So im hoping you can advize me on that please?

Hi @soobeedoo2,

Welcome to the EE Community. 🙂

Sorry, if your SIM hasn't been used since 2011, it will have been permanently disconnected.

You can order a new EE SIM at shop.ee.co.uk/price-plans/free-sim.

Hope this helps.

James

You can't register anything to MyEE until it has a live mobile no. It's the mobile no. that is being registered.

If you think I helped please feel free to hit the "Thumbs Up" button below.

To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone
