ee Perks

Hi, I am eligible for ee perks and completed my EE perks registration some time ago.  i have 2 phones due for renewal and am keen to stay with ee.  Unfortunately the link expired and now every time I try log in it says my account is deactivated. How can I reactive my account again.

I have a similar issue, looking to join EE, but when I reset my password for perks - I never get the email.
