Non delivery of replacement sim

I have been waiting over a week for a replacement SIM card. Had an email saying would be posted out within 2 days. Suggestions pls

Thanks for coming to the community.

 

The SIM card can take up to 5 working days to arrive, if this has been over 5 days please get in touch with our Mobile Care team they can get this looked into for you.
