I have now twice ordered a replacement SIM for my son's new iPhone 7, after explaining to the lady we upgraded with that he had locked his SIM in his previous phone permanently and we could not unlock it even with the PUK code.
He has now had his phone for 3 weeks without being able to use it and we need the SIM for him to start using it. Can someone help?
Not a lot of use having a phone without a SIM.

@Raelill How did you order the replacement sim ? The quickest way is to go to a EE store and request a replacement sim.
