No update on my order

Hi,

 

I ordered my mobile upgrade on Friday 22nd, but have not yet received any update. I realise that it may take longer in the current climate but thought I'd see if there was any way to find out.

 

I called 150 but couldn't get through for a long time. Also tried using the tracker with my order reference but came up with an error saying we cannot provide details at the moment.

 

Is there any other way to get an update on my order?

We have no further information, as soon as we receive stock and have your order ready for dispatch you will get a text from DPD to let you know when this will be delivered.
