Old number not ported across

I added a new number to my existing contract and the new number was being ported from Vodafone. 
please can someone help as I can’t get through on phone and this extra line is for an elderly relative.

Did you fill in the online form to give us your PAC?

 

When did you start the number port process?

Hey, yeah I phoned and gave advisor the pac, number and everything.

The number port should have been completed before now.

 

I'd recommend getting in touch with our Customer Care team so they can check this for you.

I wish I had never tried to move her from Vodafone as it was supposed to make life easier. It’s not good an elderly woman with no phone when there’s a pandemic. 
Maybe someone could call me when they’re free? I don’t have all day to spend on hold, I am lucky to have a job and want to keep it!
