I added a new number to my existing contract and the new number was being ported from Vodafone.
please can someone help as I can’t get through on phone and this extra line is for an elderly relative.

I'd recommend getting in touch with our Customer Care team so they can check this for you.

I wish I had never tried to move her from Vodafone as it was supposed to make life easier. It’s not good an elderly woman with no phone when there’s a pandemic.
Maybe someone could call me when they’re free? I don’t have all day to spend on hold, I am lucky to have a job and want to keep it!
