So i placed an order of an Nintendo switch lite on Saturday, ive had confirmation from EE about it but heard nothing else from dpd or ee, looking at other posts it seems everyone else is having the same issue,
Can i use the online chat to find out whats going on? I cant really call as signal is awful at home and i have 2 very noisy children making calls basically impossible.

I do but it just says it cant show anything, i spoke to your ee Twitter account and they just said it should be next day delivery so should of been arriving today (this was yesterday)

Every time i try and start up an online chat it doesnt even let me get through to speak to someone just says they cant help me with this issue

I know hold times are busier than usual, but they would be able to access your account and give you an update.

No as i said above, i cant really make calls cause my signal is so bad and have a 4 year old and a newborn, by the time i get through on the phone ill loose signal and itll cut out
Anytime i try and call anyone i spend the whole time getting someone to repeat themselves cause i cant hear them

I did but they just turned around and said they dont have access to that info and i need to call them instead, after spending 10 mins going through security questions 🙄
