Hey everyone. I've seen a lot of issues with deliveries over the last few weeks, which is understandable during these difficult times.
I was just wondering if there is still a longer than usual wait for delivery or not? I placed an order Yesterday for a Samsung Galaxy Active 2. So crossing everything that it will be here sometime tomorrow.
Thanks,
Calfin

Good Morning @Calfin.
Thanks for ordering with us.
Did you receive an order confirmation email?
What is the status of your order when you track it using the online tracker?
Katie.

Yes i recieved the email yesterday but there isnt a delivery date. When i try to track it, it says that i cant track it at the moment.

Thanks for confirming @Calfin.
When your product is ready for delivery, the online order tracker will be updated and you will receive a text message from DPD.

As i say, i can totally understand why things might be taking longer than usual at the moment. But they state that everything is operating 'as normal' so if delivery will be taking longer, it would be appreciated if they would just say that. It would save people having to ask on here.
The £20 upfront cost hasn't gone from my bank yet either so i was wondering whether there was something wrong with my order.

Yeah they told me mine would be next day, should of been yesterday the latest but still nothing, they should really update their shipping times, some people have found online orders are getting stuck and you have to call customer service to sort it out, i dont think payment gets taken until its dispatched

Okay thanks. I've just looked at my order confirmation and it says 'Samsung Galaxy Watch Active2 44m'. Doesn't specify Aluminium or Stainless Steel. Are the ones on plan the LTE/4G (stainless steel) versions?
Thanks
