Phone Order not delivered

Placed an order on the 17th April, I received email confirmation and the payment was made from my bank. I am yet to receive any further information on when my order will be delivered.

No for some reason it hasn't? But says in the email order has been placed? What's going on

Once your order has been processed you will have the payment taken and an update on your order.

 

If you would like this looked into please give our Mobile Care team a call on 150, they will have access to your account and get this checked for you.
