I received a new SIM card yesterday as my old one stopped working on Friday. It has been over 24 hours since inserting my new SIM card and it still says ‘sim not provisioned’??
ive turned my device on and off again, I’ve checked my coverage, my phone isn’t sue an update and I just can’t understand why it’s not working? Help please!

Give CS / Tech Support a call, they will take the SIM details and should be able to see what's going on.
